Historical Information
Built in 1990 as the New Life Baptist Church, it was the last church to be erected in Noel. It closed its doors as a church in 2007. The church remained vacant until 2009 when it was purchased and repurposed as a home.
This church is a one and a half storey structure with a Gambrel roof and an addition on the hip side of the building that contains the front entrance. There are two single paned windows on either side of the front addition and one single paned window on either side of the centrally placed door. A set of stairs is visible on the left side leading to access to the upstairs of the structure.
At the time of its construction many local people commented on church having a Gambrel roof, thinking it was an odd shape for a nouveau Baptist church.
