Historical Information
According to D. I. McClare’s “The Digby Neck First Pastorate”, the church at Upper Rossway, now known as Roxville, was built around the year 1886. The structure, although started around this date, was not completed for several years. When the first services were held benches were used for seats. This church was a branch of the Digby Church for many years.
